In 2004- 2006 Moses did some serious analysis about the prospects for
Democracy in Iraq, the Middle East, then a further inquiry into "the Arab House"
which eh intended to include, alongside the Mexican House, the Russian House,
in this unfinished book "Your House and the U S Constitution.
He decided by 2006 that from-the-bottom-up democracy in the region would have
to inserted covertly, so much of what we talked about has been held back in the
hopes out consulting group could be involved in an on-the-ground project.
